The All Pro Dad Father & Kids Experience presented by Shriners Hospitals for Children took place in St. Louis on Saturday, Dec. 4, from 2–5 p.m. CST at the Russell Training Center, the practice facility for the St. Louis Rams, and was hosted by Super Bowl-winning St. Louis Rams Alumni and NFL Ambassador Aeneas Williams.

The Father & Kids Experience is a hands-on event providing inspirational bonding opportunities for dads and their kids. Dads and kids spent the afternoon running football-themed drills equipping dads on how to be better fathers, while spending quality time interacting with their kids.

“All Pro Dad is grateful for those who lead the charge for us in St. Louis,” said Tony Dungy, national spokesman for All Pro Dad. “Without the help of guys like Aeneas and the Rams staff, we couldn’t do what we do to get the word out to dads on the importance of spending time and being present with their kids.”

The event is recommended for children ages five and older.

“We are excited to add St. Louis to our NFL cities hosting All Pro Dad Father & Kids Experiences and trust this will become an annual outing for dads and kids,” said Mark Merrill, founder and president of Family First. “Each year we bring new themes and insights into the program, so the format remains familiar, but the concepts are fresh for returning dads and kids.”

The All Pro Dad Father & Kids Experience is sponsored by Shriners Hospitals for Children, along with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, Hardee’s, and media sponsors KTVI FOX 2, Charter Communications and Grand Slam Sports.

The All Pro Dad Father & Kids Experience is the football-themed event of All Pro Dad, the fatherhood program of Family First, a national non-profit organization based in Tampa, Fla. Launched with the help of former Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Indianapolis Colts head coach Tony Dungy in 1997, All Pro Dad features almost 60 NFL players, coaches, and alumni who encourage men to be good fathers.
