One of the great things about fashion is we can make it our own.

Each of us has a unique sense of style and we can find inspiration just about anywhere – magazines, books, blogs, television shows, Pinterest, even the color palette of the flowers in our own backyard gardens.

Eva Longoria is one of my favorite style icons. I really can relate to her clean lines and classic style. Here is one of my favorite looks done by her.

As I stated earlier, one of the great things about fashion is that we can make it our own! Finding the right colors and fit are so important in helping us feel confident and beautiful in our clothes. I was inspired by the pop of color in Eva’s all white outfit. Yellow isn’t the best color on me with my fair complexion and blond hair. I made this look my own through adding the teal blazer and pink and gold bangles.

We can make this look our own with the very clothes we have within our closets and that fit within our own personal budgets.
