You’ve been on the field, but do you know what it takes to manage the game from the sidelines? If you dream of becoming an effective coach at the high-school, college, or professional level then the NFL-NCAA Coaches Academy is the perfect program for you.
Hosted in collaboration with the NCAA, the Coaches Academy affords participants the opportunity to get first-hand insight into the world of coaching from those who have achieved success on the sidelines. Top collegiate and professional coaches will provide participants with resources and education on topics including building a personal and professional brand, managing budgets, media messaging, coaching contracts, effective leadership, and the interview process. Working side-by-side with current NCAA position coaches will allow you to learn from their experiences and build your professional network in the coaching industry. Past speakers have included Ron Rivera, Dan Reeves, Art Briles, Tyrone Willingham, Charley Casserly.
The NFL-NCAA Coaches Academy will take place on February 14th – 16th, 2014. Participants are responsible for their travel costs. Applications are available now and must be submitted by November 15th, 2013. Visit the NFL Engagement Zone for additional information and to apply.
